Garage Doors & More is Brandon Broussard's shop: a veteran-owned, family-run garage door company based in Lafayette. Brandon has been fixing and hanging garage doors for 33 years, and these days his son is often right there on the ladder with him.
He calls himself the "Spring King," and torsion springs are the heart of the business. A stuck door is a real emergency when your car is on the wrong side of it, so springs get top priority, day or night. Every job gets the same treatment: a fair quote up front, the right fix, and honest advice about what can wait.

Good questions
How do I know if my garage door spring is broken?
Usually there's a loud bang from the garage, then the door won't open, or the opener strains and lifts it only a few inches. Look at the spring on the bar above the door: if you see a gap in the coil, it's broken. Don't force the door; call us and we'll walk you through it.
Should I repair my door or replace it?
Most problems, like springs, cables, rollers, hinges and even some cracked panels, are repairs. If a door is badly damaged or worn out, we'll show you why and give you a quote on a new one. Either way, you'll get a straight answer.
Do you work on commercial doors?
Yes. We service and install doors for shops, service bays and metal buildings, including sectional, roll-up and full-view glass doors.
